WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer – Recertification Exam
To maintain certification as a WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer, SCSA certified WHMIS Train the Trainers are has the option to challenge the WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer – Recertification Exam. As part of the process, certified trainers have the option to challenging the WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer Re-certification Exam within three years of completing the training.
Who can challenge the exam?
- Anyone who has completed 1-day SCSA WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer the training within the past three years.
- If you have challenged the exam within the past three years, you will be required to take the 1-day class again.
Challenging the Exam
- You will only be given one attempt and must achieve a 90% in order to pass.
- If unsuccessful, you will be required to attend the 1-day WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer course to maintain certification.
IMPORTANT: ONLY individuals who have a current and valid “WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer” certificate through the SCSA will be able to challenge the WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer – Recertification Exam. Cost: $25 plus GST
Duration: The time needed to complete each online course varies for each individual. You may stop the course at any time and access your activity at a later date.
