Claims Management

The SCSA designed this class for management, supervisors and office personnel involved in Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) claims, modified work, and return to work programs within a company. Participants will become familiar with incident reporting per WCB requirements, costs associated with claims, and the advantages of having a modified return to work program. By the end of this course, participants will understand the importance of an effective Claims Management program.
